This is a one case (JUST ADDED IN SECOND CASE BREAK FOR THIS ITEM) break of 2012 Topps Allen & Ginter Baseball. The product with a surprise in every pack is back with even more exciting discoveries to be made with each rip; this time with retired greats from throughout MLB history. 2012 Topps Allen & Ginter baseball promises all the greats MLB stars as well as champions from all across the world of sports. Here is an early look at the checklist >>> http://www.sportscardradio.com/index.php/product-previews-a-reviews/1155-2012-topps-allen-a-ginter-baseball-checklist
Okay, we have had many, many requests about the new listings so I am going to price all of the new breaks now. We are implementing a new policy as well. And since we are listing these so early I am not asking for payment for 6 weeks to allow everyone time to prepare for their purchases.
Changes to the current method of buying teams.
1. I will list each team with the minimum amount of money I need in order to cover the cost of the case(s), shipping of the product to me, supplies, fees and shipping of the product out plus $2 per team (rounded to the next dollar level). That means if I sell every team I will only make $60 for all my time and effort. It also means I will not be dropping prices or will not be offering discounts for multiple teams.
2. For the first 3 days after the listing only registered site members can purchase teams.
3. During the first 3 days though, each team will be up as an auction. You must post in the thread the amount you are willing to pay to secure a team. You can not email me or send a private message. This is an open auction. Please be specific in your bid. I need the team you want and which break you are bidding on. You can place multiple bids in the same message.
4. Based on the timestamp on the bid, the highest bid on a team received prior to the deadline will receive that team. Please keep in mind your highest bid will be the price. For example, if you bid $120 and the next highest bid was $80, your cost to buy the team will be $120. This should prevent people from bidding really high just to deter other buyers.
This break is open for purchases auction style for the next 3 days (2/18, 2/19 and 2/20). Highest bidder will win the team. Again, you must be a registered member to bid and bid must be timestamped prior to 11pm on 2/20. That is the cutoff. If you are at all after that your bid will not count. After that time all teams will be available at the current price marked to anyone.

Re: COMPLETED! 2012 Topps Allen & Ginter Baseball 2 separate cases 100% SELL OUT!!!
Please remember for the first three days (2/18, 2/19 and 2/20) this is an auction listing and you must include which break, team and what your bid is for that team. This is an auction listing please include your max bid. Minimum price is price listed. If you don't include a bid it is assumed you are only bidding the minimum amount listed for the team.
I know this is new so PLEASE READ the information in the listing. PLEASE understand what you are doing. PLEASE ask if you have questions. I am trying to make this as fair as possible so that everyone has a chance at whatever team they want. All bids should be placed in even dollars (no cents please).

Re: COMPLETED! 2012 Topps Allen & Ginter Baseball 2 separate cases 100% SELL OUT!!!
Whatever, and I mean that...it's hard enough trying to get what you want, but I was trying to do this while with a patient in my ambulance....I don't ask for allot in life, just would have been nice to get in on the non baseball...
What about a silent bidding, you set a minimum price that you are required to break even + your expenses and time like you did. Then we send you a bid by PM for that team or teams. If no-ones other bids beat yours you win. If there are multiple people who sent in the same bid amount and it was a tie, the base it on who sent it first. And say if someone really wanted a team, like in this case the non baseball...maybe give the incentive that if you bid really high, and no-one beats your then you are still going to pay that high amount, but maybe 20% less.
Example:
Yankees 120
So you get multiple bids for the yankees....but the high bid is 260. So the next closest bid is 180. The 260 bid would win, but it would be at 208, after the 20%. It would encourage people to still bid really high for it, but just know that even at the 20% if the next lowest bid was 160, they could have had it for much less.
Just a thought....I am just a simple Paramedic trying to do his best...I will be honest, I am crushed I did not win the non baseball spot, and I know there is nothing that can be done, and I just have to accept it, but my patient came first, and I finally had to just give in.
