Just watched the 2012 Allen and Ginter videos and noticed that I didn't see any Rip card mentioned in Case Break #2.
I believe Topps guarantees one rip card per 12 box Hobby Case. If indeed no Rip Card was pulled from that case are you going to submit that to Topps as well?
