Both cases are now Buy It Now listings. That means you can purchase any open team at the current price. You can buy it now, OR you can wait to see if the price drops. If the price drops to a level that you are comfortable with then buy it before someone else does. This is sort of a reverse auction. Some team prices will come down quite a bit depending on which teams sell and at what prices, while other prices are close to as low as I am willing to go with them.
